Bio

I have an MA (and completed my PhD coursework) in Anthropology from UMass Amherst. Like most anthropologists, my research interests are quite broad: Historical Archaeology, Economic Anthropology, Geography, Early State Societies, Landscape Architecture, Africa and the African Diaspora, 19th Century Mortgage Markets; I could go on. I also have a wide range of knowledge beyond my academic interests, including music, mountaineering, fountain pens (yes, really), beer/wine/spirits, video and tabletop gaming, and thanks to my son, Lego and Minecraft.

I am a proud member of SAG-AFTRA, the Audiobook Publisher’s Association, and Professional Audiobook Narrator’s Association. I am audiobook fluent in both German and Japanese, and incredibly passionate about lending my industry expertise, research interests, and experience to your audiobook or other voice production!
